LOGLINE
A Catholic priest named Father Peter guided from above becomes a pimp known as The Shepherd to save his beloved church Sisters of Mercy, and give a motley group of prostitutes a new life.
MAIN CHARACTER
Father Peter King (40’s. Like Walter White in Breaking Bad, Nucky Thompson in Boardwalk Empire and Dexter Morgan in Dexter, Father Peter is a lovable anti-hero, who becomes a vigilante to make a real difference in his community. He may break the laws of men, but not the laws of God. The pilot has been written to take place in any city; it could be Philadelphia or Los Angeles, or any time period; 1980’s or present day.
